- Develop Ministry Policy and Procedures Manual – This orientation manual will be a guide for ministry members to follow and know what to do and what is expected of them. There will be no surprises. One of the keys in ministry is that members are well informed and equipped for ministering.
- Coordinate and or Facilitate Dance Conferences – If a dance ministry is interested in hosting a dance conference and has never coordinated a conference before or needs assistance, I will be instrumental in guiding and/or assisting with coordinating the conference. This will be a great opportunity to share my skills with leaders on how to develop a plan and put into action step by step instructions on how to coordinate and/or facilitate a dance conference.
- Ministry Leadership Training – This leadership training session is critical for all ministry leaders in how to lead a ministry like Jesus led His disciples. Leadership training helps leaders learn to equip their ministry members for ministry, and how to respectfully address challenges within the ministry. This leadership training will also teach leaders how to lead with accountability, gratitude, encouragement, humility, and many other aspects of leadership.
- Ministry classes for all members – Dance Complete offers several classes that teach on the principles and foundation of a ministry. It will help to give clarity on questions such as; Why do you want to dance? What does ministry mean to you? These classes will help to inspire and encourage members to go beyond what they see, but to seek God through ministry.
- Proper Garment Training (The Do’s and Don’ts) – It is important that our garments will not be a distraction but be an attraction to the beauty of holiness in ministry attire. Many times, we focus on the beauty of the garment and not necessarily if the garment is proper for ministering. This session will help to identify what is proper attire for ministering.
- Choreography – Dance Complete will offer choreography classes for all ages for preparation for ministering. We will make song selections and study scripture references that tie into the song.
- Community Outreach – Dance ministry is not only about ministering through dance, it is also about giving back to our community through our time and service. This session teaches on the importance of serving others through community outreach at Homeless Shelters, Food Banks, Hospitals, Nursing Homes and other areas where our help is needed.
